Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt to receive French President Nicolas Sarkozy in Stockholm on 3 July
On Friday 3 July French President Nicolas Sarkozy will visit Stockholm for talks with Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt.
The agenda will address preparations and issues ahead of the Swedish Presidency of the EU, which begins on 1 July this year. The discussions will range over further action to deal with the economic crisis, coordinating positions on the climate issue ahead of the Climate Summit in Copenhagen and a review of other topical issues for the Swedish Presidency.
After the talks President Sarkozy and Prime Minister Reinfeldt will give a joint press conference. The full programme giving the time and place will be published later.
