On 1 June the Government submitted the Bill to the Swedish Riksdag, with proposals for amendments to the Electronic Communications Act and the Administrative Court Act. The Bill includes proposals for limiting the number of appeals instances, for prompt processing of cases and for liability for operators with significant market power.
